Privacy Policy — Crown Logic

This Privacy Policy explains how Multi_Software ("we", "us", or "our") handles information when you use the Android game Crown Logic (the "Game"). By using the Game, you agree to this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.
1. Who we are
Crown Logic is a logic puzzle game for Android. You place crowns on colored boards so that every row, column and color has exactly one crown. The Game is (or will be) published on Google Play by Multi_Software, part of CapsTab. You do not need an account to play.

2. Short version
- The Game works offline. Your progress, coins, stars, streaks, stats and settings are saved only on your phone.
- We do not have accounts or logins, and we do not run our own servers for the Game.
- We use Google Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics to understand how the Game is used and to find and fix crashes. You can turn this off in Settings (Share anonymous usage data).
- The Game shows ads through Google AdMob. Google may collect device and usage data for ads, as described below.
- Where the law requires it (for example the EEA, UK and Switzerland), we show Google's consent form before personalized ads.
- An optional one-time "Remove ads" purchase (pay once, keep it for life) is handled by Google Play. We never see your payment details.
- We do not sell your personal information.
3. Information stored on your device
The Game saves a file on your phone with:
- Level progress, stars and best times
- Coins, hints and hearts
- Daily puzzle history, streaks and streak freezes
- Game statistics (games played, win rate, best times)
- Settings (sound, crown sound, music, vibration, colorblind marks, Auto X), tutorial progress, whether ads have been removed, and whether you allow anonymous usage data
Your game progress does not leave your phone. Analytics and crash data are described in section 5A. Android backup is turned off for the Game, so uninstalling the Game or clearing its data permanently deletes your progress. We cannot restore it for you.
4. Permissions
| Permission | Why we ask |
|---|---|
| Internet | To load ads, check and restore the Remove ads purchase, and open links you choose. |
| Vibration | Short vibration feedback during play. You can turn it off in Settings. |
| Advertising ID / network state | Used by Google's ads library to show and measure ads, based on your consent. |
The Game does not ask for your camera, microphone, contacts, location, photos or files.
5. Advertising (Google AdMob)
The Game is free and supported by ads from Google AdMob (Google LLC):
- Optional reward videos you choose to watch for an extra heart or a free hint
- Occasional full-screen ads between levels (never in the first 10 levels, the daily puzzle, or the tutorial)
Google may collect or use your advertising ID and other device identifiers, IP address and approximate location derived from it, device and network information, ad views and clicks, and your consent choices, to show personalized or non-personalized ads depending on your consent and region.
Consent: we use Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP). Where required, you can change your choices later in the Game (Settings → Privacy options). You can also reset or delete your advertising ID in Android settings.
Google's policies also apply:
5A. Analytics and crash reports (Google Firebase)
The Game uses Google Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics, provided by Google LLC. They help us see how many people play, which screens and levels are used, whether the Remove ads offer is shown and used, and why the Game crashes.
Information they may collect: app events (for example level started or completed, hint used, purchase screen opened, purchase completed or failed), app version, device model, operating system version, language, a random app-installation ID, approximate location derived from the IP address, and crash reports (technical details at the time of a crash). We do not put your name, email or any free text you type into these events.
Where the law requires consent (for example the EEA, UK and Switzerland), these tools stay off until consent is given. In every region you can turn them off in the Game under Settings → Share anonymous usage data.
Google processes this data for us under its Firebase terms: https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy and https://policies.google.com/privacy
6. In-app purchase (Remove ads)
The Game offers a one-time "Remove ads" purchase, processed by Google Play Billing. Pay once and keep it for life. Google handles your payment and account details under its own terms. We only receive confirmation that the purchase exists so the Game can remove ads, unlock unlimited hints and remove the heart limit, and so you can restore the purchase on the same Google account. After you buy it, the Game shows no ads of any kind.
7. Sharing your results
When you tap Share, the Game prepares a short text with your level, time and stars (or your daily streak) and a link to the Game, and opens Android's share sheet. You choose the app and the people it goes to. If sharing isn't available, the text is copied to your clipboard. Nothing is shared without your action.
8. How information is used
- To run the Game and save your progress on your device
- To show ads and respect your ad consent choices
- To provide and restore the Remove ads purchase
- To measure how the Game is used and fix crashes (Firebase)
- To reply if you email us
- To comply with law and Google Play policies
We do not sell your personal information.
9. Retention
- On your device: until you clear the Game's data or uninstall it
- Emails you send us: as long as needed to help you, then deleted or archived in the ordinary course of mail
- Google (ads and Play purchases): according to Google's retention periods and your settings
- Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics data: kept by Google according to the retention settings we choose in Firebase
10. Children
Crown Logic is a general-audience puzzle game. It is not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent age in your country), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us and we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
11. Your choices

- Reset or delete your advertising ID, or opt out of personalized ads, in Android settings or at https://adssettings.google.com
- Buy Remove ads to stop all ads
- Turn off anonymous usage data and crash reports in Settings → Share anonymous usage data

- Clear the Game's data or uninstall the Game to delete everything stored on your phone
If you are in the EEA, UK or another region with data-protection rights, you may ask us to access, correct or delete personal data we hold (for example an email you sent us). For data held by Google, use Google's tools, or contact us and we will help where we can.

12. Security
Your game data stays on your device and is protected by your phone's own security. No method of storage or transmission is 100% secure.
13. International processing
Google may process data on servers outside your country, including the United States, under its own legal safeguards. Details: https://policies.google.com/privacy
