Terms of Use — Crown Logic

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Android game Crown Logic (the "Game") provided by Multi_Software ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading or playing the Game, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Game.

1. The Game

Crown Logic is a single-player logic puzzle game. It works offline and needs no account.

2. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to play the Game on Android devices you own or control, for personal and non-commercial use, in line with these Terms and Google Play's terms.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, reverse engineer, extract levels or assets from, resell, or redistribute the Game, except where the law allows it
• Cheat or tamper with the Game, its ads, or purchases, or use it in a way that breaks any law
• Interfere with the services the Game relies on, such as Google Play or ads

4. Coins, hints, hearts and streaks

Coins, hints, hearts, stars and streak freezes are in-game items only. They have no money value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be transferred. They are stored on your device and are lost if you clear the Game's data or uninstall it. Free players receive a limited number of hints and hearts. Hearts come back over time (one heart about every 30 minutes) and can also be refilled by watching an optional reward video. We may change these amounts to keep the Game balanced.

5. Ads and purchases

The Game is free and shows ads, as described in our Privacy Policy. The optional "Remove ads" purchase is a one-time purchase processed by Google Play: pay once and keep it for life, with no subscription. It removes all ads, gives unlimited hints, and removes the heart limit. "For life" means for as long as the Game is available and Google Play supports the purchase on your account. Google Play's terms and refund policies apply. You can restore the purchase on the same Google Play account from Settings, and it is also restored automatically after you reinstall the Game.

6. Privacy

7. Intellectual property

The Game, its name, puzzles, design, graphics, icons and code belong to us or our licensors. Some sound effects are used under open licenses. These Terms do not give you any rights other than the license above.

8. Updates and availability

We may update, change, or stop offering the Game or any feature at any time. Some updates may be required to keep playing.

9. No warranty

The Game is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that saved progress can never be lost. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, including loss of game progress or in-game items. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be waived.

11. Termination

You can stop using the Game at any time by uninstalling it. We may end your license if you break these Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, without affecting any mandatory consumer protection rights you have in your own country.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date will change. Continued use of the Game after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
